Job Summary: We are seeking a Nursing Technician for prehospital care, ambulance driving, and medical support during procedures, ensuring safe patient transport and proper functioning of equipment. Management of medical equipment and supplies We are a private healthcare company with nationwide presence, currently seeking the following professional to join our team: **NURSING TECHNICIAN** **PROFESSIONAL PROFILE** * Certified and registered Nursing Technician with SUNEDU. * Minimum 2 years of experience in prehospital care and/or ambulance services. * **Valid Driver's License A-II or higher, with a good driving record.** * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – mandatory. * PHTLS training – desirable. * Emergency vehicle driving course – mandatory. * ISEM induction (8 h) – desirable. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Safely drive the ambulance, complying with traffic regulations and emergency protocols, ensuring optimal patient transport routes. * Perform daily unit inspections (vehicle and medical equipment), guaranteeing operational readiness and availability. * Provide support to physicians during prehospital care, including assistance in basic procedures, patient monitoring, and safe transport. * Conduct inspections of emergency and safety equipment (ambulance, first-aid kits, fire suppression systems, etc.), reporting observations. * Manage inventory control of medications and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels, expiration date compliance, and cold chain integrity where applicable. * Maintain operational communication with the team and coordinate patient transfers with healthcare departments and facilities. * Record operational information (logs, reports, consumption records) and support service management. * Comply with current protocols, regulations, biosafety standards, and service quality requirements. * Other duties related to the position. **WORK CONDITIONS** * Rotating shifts Monday through Saturday (24 h): 08:00–20:00 / 20:00–08:00. * MYPE payroll **LOCATION:** * Chilca – Km 62.5 Panamericana Sur (Quebrada de Parca). * Pickup and drop-off points available for commuting. * Lunch and dinner provided. **BENEFITS** * Educational agreements * Financial agreements **CORE COMPETENCIES** * Service orientation * Empathy * Teamwork We are committed to promoting **equity, diversity, and inclusion**, as well as ensuring **safe workplaces** for all individuals. **All applicants will be considered**, without discrimination based on gender, age, origin, disability, or other personal circumstances. **Apply now and join our team!** Salary: S/.3,500.00 – S/.3,800.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
