




**Main Responsibilities** * Manage and develop the customer, producer, and distributor portfolio through a regular and scheduled visit agenda. * Provide commercial technical support to customers. * Identify and evaluate, with the support of General Management and the Administration department (Credit and Collections), potential customer prospects. * Identify and define product offerings based on understanding customer needs. * Identify and assess the development of new portfolios and market opportunities within the assigned geographic area. * Identify and understand the company's product offerings as well as those of competitors, per customer. * Promote sustained marketing of the company's products. * Fulfill established sales plans. * Submit weekly, biweekly, or monthly sales progress reports as required by company Management and/or Administration. * Analyze and develop sales forecasts and projections in advance to ensure supply for customer demand. * Other duties inherent to the assigned position. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Agronomy * Specific knowledge in fruit and vegetable physiology * Office software: Basic/Intermediate level * Geographic knowledge: Familiarity with the "Norte Chico" region * Class A1 driver's license with at least one year of driving experience Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site
