We invite you to become part of our team as: **SECOND LEVEL OPERATOR** **Requirements:** * Graduate or degree holder in Telecommunications, Systems, Electronics and Networks, or related fields. * At least 1 certification from major brands in perimeter security. * CCNA certification and/or modules in progress. * Knowledge of ITIL service management. * Intermediate level of English language. **Responsibilities:** * Review the TDR and/or project specifications to meet the scope of the support service provided. * Meet the SLA offered to end customers while handling assigned tickets, ensuring proper ticket status updates for accurate tracking of support activities. * Provide technical support for implementations carried out by the Projects department and/or suggest service improvements. * Support NSOC operators to enhance end customer service experiences. * Periodically validate the operational status of managed customer equipment to ensure proper functionality. * Conduct training sessions for Operations-NSOC staff when required. * Continuously improve Managed Services (reporting configuration or equipment anomalies, maintaining configuration backups in the repository, etc.). * Perform audits on solutions implemented by the Projects department. * Timely escalate issues to the manufacturer when necessary for incident resolution, configurations, training, and general solution support. * Visit client sites when required to handle incidents and/or requests. * Obtain and/or renew security certifications for Managed Services solutions. **Salary:** S/. 2,500.00 Job type: Full-time Application questions: * What is your availability? * Do you have experience as a level 2 operator? * Do you agree with the salary of S/. 2,500.00 on payroll?
