We are looking for an **Electronic Engineer** for the city of **Chiclayo**, who will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of high-complexity medical equipment (linear accelerators, brachytherapy systems, and associated equipment) by performing maintenance, installations, and repairs, as well as providing appropriate customer service and communication. **REQUIREMENTS:** **RESIDENCE:** City of Chiclayo **EDUCATION:** Complete university studies (degree holder preferred) **BASIC TRAINING:** Electronic Engineering or related fields **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:** 1 year of experience in maintenance, installation, or repair of medical equipment **LANGUAGES:** Intermediate level of technical English (manual reading) **COMPUTER SKILLS:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level (not essential) **OTHER REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in radiotherapy medical equipment (linear accelerators, brachytherapy, X-ray, or others) is desirable. * Communication skills, customer orientation, and ability to work in a team * Availability to travel nationwide **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform installations, preventive, corrective maintenance, and repairs of equipment according to the assigned schedule. * Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication with the client, ensuring proper understanding of the work performed and strengthening trust-based relationships. * Promptly follow up on customer technical requests and requirements, ensuring efficient handling within established timeframes. * Coordinate and collaborate with the logistics department and other support areas to ensure proper management of spare parts, tools, and necessary documentation. * Be available to conduct maintenance trips within the country as per the established schedule. * Prepare verification reports for assigned equipment and calibrators when required. * Report daily on completed tasks to the division supervisor and/or Technical Service Coordinator. * Comply with safety, quality standards, and protocols established by the company and equipment manufacturers.
