**Position: SYSTEMS AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT SUPERVISOR** **Location:** Trujillo Remuneration: S/ 1500 monthly **Requirements:** * **Academic background**: Technician or university graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Networks and Communications, or related fields. * **Experience**: 2 to 3 years in technical support and systems administration (preferably in transportation, logistics, or retail companies). * **Knowledge**: * Networks (LAN, WAN, WiFi, VPN). * Windows/Linux operating systems. * Hardware and software maintenance. * Cybersecurity and backups. * Intermediate-level database management (desirable). * ERP or logistics management systems (desirable). **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, POS, etc.). * Administer and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer systems used in the company (shipment control system, billing, package tracking, etc.). * Manage the internal network (LAN, WiFi, VPN) and ensure its proper operation. * Monitor cybersecurity: backups, antivirus, data access. * Coordinate with external software, hardware, or internet providers to ensure service continuity. * Implement technological improvements that optimize company processes. * Train staff in the use of systems and digital tools. * Document incidents and technical solutions for internal control. * Keep the equipment inventory and software licenses up to date. * Support the implementation of new technologies and digital transformation projects. **Personal competencies** * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Clear communication with non-technical users. * Organization and priority management. * Teamwork. **Send your CV to:** * rrhh@tunesaexpres.com Job type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Starting at S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site job
