Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in information systems implementation projects. * Provide logistical and technical support. * Conduct equipment inventory. * Provide technical support to users regarding hardware, software, or connectivity issues or inquiries. * Perform maintenance or repair on institutional equipment (computers, printers, network support). * Guide proper operation and appropriate use of computer and institutional equipment. * Administer and maintain operational network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, WiFi, servers). * Other instructions from the immediate supervisor.
