At **ALOJA HOST (www.aloja\-host.com)**, a leading company in managing apartments for short\-term rental via Airbnb, we are looking to hire an Operations Manager with strategic vision, leadership skills, and sound judgment for making on\-site decisions. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the housekeeping team, organizing routes and verifying proper cleaning execution. * Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance with external providers. * Ensure daily scheduling is properly managed according to check\-ins and check\-outs. * Manage the supplies warehouse: inventory, stock control, and restocking. * Monitor operational indicators: timeliness, quality, incidents, supply consumption, etc. * Report progress to the administrative department and propose process improvements. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational supervision or logistics within sectors such as hospitality, professional cleaning, facility management, or similar. * Technical or university studies in Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, Logistics, or related fields. * Knowledge of inventory control and coordination with suppliers. * Basic proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Drive, and WhatsApp Business. * Availability to work on\-site and travel between districts (primarily Barranco and Miraflores). **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: S/. 1,800 (paid via Honorarium Receipt). * Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00am to 6:00pm (on\-site work in Barranco). * Continuous training and managerial support. * Genuine opportunity for professional growth within the company.
