**INVENTIVA GRUPO INMOBILIARIO**, a company dedicated to real estate business development and parking lots with over 18 years of experience in the market, is currently seeking candidates for the position of AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCER – Real Estate Sector**.** **AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCER** **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Audiovisual Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in audiovisual production and editing (mandatory). * Proficiency in editing and post-production software: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (mandatory). * Knowledge of recording, lighting, framing, camera operation, and audiovisual equipment. * Understanding of photographic principles and photo editing. * Knowledge of 2D/3D animation and motion graphics (mandatory). * Experience producing content for social media: Reels, TikTok, Shorts, live streams, interviews, and informational capsules. * Familiarity with digital strategies and audiovisual storytelling for advertising campaigns. * Experience coordinating recordings (locations, props, cast, and scripts). * Drone operation skills for aerial shots (desirable). * Creativity, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure and in a team. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, produce, and edit audiovisual content for digital, advertising, and corporate campaigns for the real estate company. * Develop technical and creative scripts in collaboration with the marketing department. * Record and edit audiovisual materials such as promotional videos, client testimonials, event coverage, informational capsules, and educational content. * Properly manage and maintain audiovisual equipment. * Perform professional-level editing: color correction, transitions, visual effects, sound, subtitles, and optimization for various social media formats. * Produce videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, tailored to each platform. * Conduct live broadcasts and provide audiovisual support for training sessions and corporate events. * Create storyboards and propose creative audiovisual content ideas for commercial campaigns. * Monitor audiovisual trends and suggest innovative improvements in style, narrative, and formats. * Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align visual strategy with company objectives. * Deliver organized production reports and digital backups within established timelines. * Other duties related to the position.
