**Professional Profile:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * General Experience: Minimum of 2 years, counted from the date of graduation or obtaining Bachelor's degree. * Specific Experience: Minimum of 2 years working as a BIM Modeler and/or BIM Modeling Lead in the development of technical project documentation for similar projects. **Similar Projects:** * Construction projects involving creation, improvement, expansion, recovery, reconstruction, adaptation, rehabilitation, remodeling, or renewal of road infrastructure, such as: national, regional, or local roads; local streets, collector roads, arterial roads, or expressways; road interchanges, underpasses, bridges, ecoducts, viaducts, access roads, highways, or bypass roads, with rigid and/or flexible pavements. * Technical competencies and knowledge: * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Civil 3D, Recap, Infraworks, Navisworks, Revit, and BIM GIS (interoperability). * Completed courses or specialized programs in BIM modeling and coordination. * Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments. * Focus on quality, geometric accuracy, and compliance with BIM standards. **Working Conditions:** * Work Location: Lima (on-site), immediate availability. * Employment Type: Full-time.
