




We are looking for a **Digital Marketing Assistant** with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn, who will support the execution of campaigns, social media management, and basic performance analysis. **Main Responsibilities** * **Management of advertising campaigns** on platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads: setup, tracking, and basic optimization of results. * **Creation, design, and scheduling of content** for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) using tools like **Canva** and **CapCut**, focusing on creativity and current trends. * **Daily monitoring of social media**, including reviewing comments, messages, and reactions, ensuring timely responses with a tone appropriate to the brand. * **Preparation of basic metric reports**, including conclusions and improvement recommendations (reach, engagement, conversions). * **Support in content strategies and editorial calendar planning**, proposing fresh ideas aligned with company objectives. * **Coordination with sales or customer service teams**, ensuring advertising campaigns generate measurable results (leads or prospects). **Requirements** * Basic knowledge of **digital marketing, social media advertising, and content strategies**. * Proficiency with tools such as **Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut**, and desirable knowledge of **Google Ads**. * **Organizational skills**, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines. * Ability for **creative writing and message adaptation** according to each social network. * Desirable: **6 months of experience in a similar role** or a **portfolio** demonstrating skills in social media management and content creation. * **Proactive, creative, and results-oriented attitude**, with willingness to learn and continuously improve.
