




We are Damero Café, and we are currently looking for a committed individual with a desire for professional growth to fill the position of: **Pastry Assistant at Damero Café** What are we looking for? * Completed secondary education. * Completed studies in pastry, baking, or related fields (desirable). * Availability to work in Downtown Lima. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in pastry (required). * Knowledge of baking, pastry techniques, and dessert presentation (required). * Experience in creating 3D cakes, decorative cakes, and customized cakes (required). * Skills in fondant decoration and figurine modeling (required). * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, either 7:00 am to 4:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Sundays from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm or 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with a rotating day off. * Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) (required). What challenges await you? * Prepare traditional and custom-designed cakes. * Develop fondant figurine modeling. * Prepare doughs, creams, and dessert fillings. * Assist in weighing and measuring ingredients according to recipes. * Perform product decoration, packaging, and labeling. * Conduct biweekly and monthly inventory. * Carry out product counts, monitor expiration dates, and manage ingredient rotation.
