We are a company dedicated to cargo and parcel transportation at the national level, and we are currently looking for the best talents for the position of **TIRE TECHNICIAN** at our workshop **located in Bryson Hills, 10 minutes from Puente Petramas.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in Automotive Mechanics, Industrial Mechanics, or related fields (national or private institute). * Experience or courses in tire services (mounting, dismounting, inspection). * Knowledge of industry tools and ability to lift heavy tires. * Basic or intermediate proficiency in Office software and any ERP system (Next, SAP, etc.). * Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to work in demanding environments. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform tire mounting, dismounting, rotation, and balancing. * Inspect and diagnose tire condition (wear, pressure, damage). * Classify tires by type, size, and tread pattern for proper allocation. * Maintain inventory control of tires and record transactions in the ERP system or spreadsheets. * Verify and maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. * Comply with safety protocols during tire handling and replacement. * Assist in operational tasks within the technical area as needed. **BENEFITS:** * Full payroll with all statutory benefits from day one. * Career development opportunities. * 100% covered lunch. * Transportation allowance. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. **Salary:** S/1300 + S/400 (transportation allowance).
