Requirements: * Graduate from university or technical program in Accounting or International Trade. * Minimum 2 years of experience in customs agencies (Required). * Experience in billing and collections within customs agencies. * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Proficiency in the SINTAD system. Billing responsibilities: * Validate customer commercial information and documentation prior to invoicing. * Review files and instructions for issuing electronic invoices and collection statements according to each client's established guidelines. * Notify customers of invoicing via email. * Organize digital and physical filing of issued documentation. * Report and follow up on cases due to errors in transmitting receipts to Sunat. * Send sales reports as requested. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
