Works with customers, suppliers, and various carriers to route, collect and/or track shipments as needed. Resolves issues and maintains an ongoing professional relationship with the customer and suppliers. **Responsibilities:** * Collect documents from different "sending sites". * Review and approve documents such as proformas and pre\-alerts ("Green Light") for shipment release. * Prepare and submit Sworn Statements (DDJJ) to the customs agent along with required documentation (invoice, packing list, HAWB, CoA, sanitary registration, BPM). * Record costs in the SAP system for warehouse entry validation. * Update and manage the import database in Excel, ensuring tracking of each operation. * Generate purchase orders on the Coupa platform for tax payments. * Track purchase orders and payments to the tax authority. * Perform detailed tracking of each operation from importation to warehouse delivery. * Coordinate directly with freight agents, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal client departments for goods nationalization. **Requirements:** * Technical degree, graduate or bachelor's student in International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fields. * 6 months of experience as a customer service assistant, logistics, or sector specialist in logistics operators. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables). * Basic knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems. * Basic knowledge of import/export processes and customs documentation. * Intermediate English. **Other Details:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am\-6:30pm * Grade: 007 * Work Mode: Onsite * Contract Type: Fixed Term * Availability to work at Lurín and San Isidro offices * 100% EPS coverage under Base Plan (employee and dependents) **Employee Type:** Fixed Term (Fixed Term) UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
