We are looking for a Customs Clearance Assistant who is organized, proactive and eager to contribute to the logistics process. Your responsibilities in the position will be: Carry out V°B° with shipping lines and airlines. Prepare and review customs documents for submission to Customs. Coordinate with the client details regarding products to be unloaded in imports. Inspect containers and verify unloading, following standards and taking photographs. Verify weighing at temporary storage and manage cargo pickups. Register the status of goods in the system and keep the photo archive updated. Conduct physical inspections at Customs, SENASA and other agencies. And other similar functions. Requirements: Technical and/or university studies in Foreign Trade and Customs, International Business, Administration or related fields. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the role handling imports. Availability to work in Callao. Knowledge of customs legislation, taxation, valuation and nomenclature. Valid Customs Certificate as a Customs Clearance Assistant.
