At **GDM**, a company specialized in construction, we are currently looking for an **Electromechanical Technical Assistant** to join our team. **What Are We Looking For in You?** **Technical Knowledge:** * Candidates with knowledge in electricity, electromechanics, equipment maintenance, basic reading of electrical diagrams, and use of diagnostic tools (multimeter, contactors, electric motors, control panels, etc.). * Proficiency in using electromechanical tools and work equipment. * Experience in surface sanding, preparation, and finishing. * Basic knowledge of painting and application of coatings. * Proper use of adjustable wrenches, hand tools, and power tools. * Ability to perform maintenance, assembly, and repair tasks on mechanical components. * Commitment to safety regulations and proper care of work tools. * **Valid A1 automotive mechanic license required.** **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of experience preferred in machinery maintenance, electromechanical equipment, or construction-related projects. **Attitude:** Proactive, responsible individuals oriented toward teamwork, with problem-solving ability and a focus on occupational safety. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in executing preventive and corrective maintenance of electromechanical equipment used on construction sites. * Provide support for electrical and mechanical failures, proposing efficient and safe solutions. * Accompany technical inspections and maintenance reporting. * Ensure proper operation of tools, equipment, and electrical systems on site. * Comply with the company's established safety and quality procedures. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm * Saturdays: 8:30 am to 1:00 pm. **What We Offer** * Competitive monthly salary. * REMYPE payroll registration. * Ongoing training in electromechanical maintenance and industrial safety. * Opportunities for professional growth and development within a solid construction-sector company. * Excellent working environment.
