




Position Summary: We are seeking a student or graduate to provide comprehensive support in personnel administration and Human Resources processes, including attendance management, payroll processing, and documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive support in personnel and HR administration. 2. Management of key processes such as payroll and personnel selection. 3. Participation in corporate events and training programs. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Student in final semesters, graduate, or bachelor's degree holder in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources and Administration functions (preferred). * Basic knowledge of labor legislation, personnel administration, and HR processes. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). * Experience in attendance control, contracts, payroll, and document management is preferred. * Organizational skills, effective communication, and ability to manage multiple tasks. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Recording and monitoring staff attendance (timekeeping). * Preparation and follow-up of payroll records, employment contracts, and labor documentation. * Administration and updating of personnel files. * Monitoring and follow-up of SCTR, Life Insurance Law, and other labor insurance policies. * Management of petty cash, expense reports, and settlements. * Oversight of recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. * Organization and support for corporate events, training programs, and team integration activities. * Preparation of HR and Administration reports and performance indicators. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or Management. **COMPETENCIES:** * Organization and planning. * Responsibility and commitment. * Proactivity and initiative. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Confidentiality and professional ethics. * Analytical and problem-solving skills.
