Responsibilities: \- Manage the proper allocation and positioning of containers during the logistics process, ensuring an efficient operational flow. \- Coordinate and manage obtaining the necessary approvals to comply with customs requirements, guaranteeing legality and compliance of processes. \- Facilitate the process of returning containers to the relevant entities, ensuring compliance with regulations and established timelines. \- Process permits required for goods withdrawal and coordinate appointment scheduling, optimizing pickup logistics. \- Prepare and issue shipping documents accurately, ensuring appropriate documentation for cargo transportation. \- Collaborate with transportation and custody teams to ensure goods are handled and transported securely and efficiently. \- Manage the assignment of customs seals, ensuring loads are properly sealed and protected during transit. \- Provide support to the specialist in various tasks such as opening orders, generating payment codes, and linking or registering transportation, contributing to smooth operational processes. Minimum Requirements: \- Education: Graduate technician in Administration or International Business. \- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position. \- Skills: Effective Communication, Customer Orientation, Problem Solving, Adaptability, Teamwork. Proficiency in the following essential knowledge areas for the role: "General Customs Law and its Regulations (verified)." "Tariff classification, valuation, and administration (verified)." "Knowledge of various customs regimes: imports and exports." "Knowledge and use of customs software (SINTAD)." "Customs operations." "Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)."
