





We are INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS PARTNERS S3A, importers and distributors of hardware and construction products. Currently, we are looking for an Imports Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience who meets the following profile. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Negotiate with suppliers the best costs, delivery times, and payment methods. Coordinate sea and air shipments of commercial products. Place import purchase orders, ensuring compliance with all internal procedures. Coordinate with freight and customs agencies, insurers, inspection companies at origin, transportation providers, and various departments within the company all operations related to foreign trade such as logistics, physical and virtual documentation, product nationalization, customs clearance, and domestic transportation. Consolidate expenses, perform cost analysis, and meet established departmental indicators. Ensure compliance with all local and international import regulations and laws. Maintain detailed tracking of all imports, including costs, delivery times, and any issues or delays. Keep updated records and files (physical and digital) related to all activities performed. Stay informed about the latest trends and changes in import laws and regulations to ensure compliance and avoid potential penalties, delays, and additional costs. Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce import costs. Analyze raw material and finished product costs through commercial intelligence platforms. Carry out tasks assigned by immediate supervisor. Present monthly results to immediate supervisor. Implement performance indicators. **REQUIREMENTS** Education: Bachelor's degree or graduate in International Business, Foreign Trade Advanced English (written and spoken) Must have postgraduate studies, courses, or specializations in Imports that complement experience.
