**Role Purpose** Provides technical support and assistance to customers interacting with DHL Express global platforms, guiding them on the correct use of our tools and performing analysis to identify configuration issues and customer message errors within these tools. The objective is to ensure customers have a positive digital experience, facilitating both implementation processes and ongoing support. **Responsibilities** * Train customers on the use of tools provided by DHL for shipment creation and related processes, providing details on functionalities and usage of shipping creation platforms and the developer guide for REST and SOAP integrations. * Analyze and identify problems in customer configurations within DHL tools, as well as debug messages exchanged between systems. * Connect with external Ecommerce groups to identify trends and opportunities, including participation in related events. * Generate standard codes and default configurations for integrations, which can be used as templates or examples for customers developing their own integrations. * Maintain updated records of completed integrations, including the status of each integration and all interactions with the customer. * Create audiovisual materials and manuals to facilitate adoption of company technologies, both for internal business units and external customers. * Support customers in using DHL's digital tools through training, content creation, and system integrations. * Monitor and manage etools ticket handling and track progress of activities performed. * Understand and execute technical instructions from materials in English. * Maintain appropriate communication, attitude, and personal presentation towards customers and internal users, ensuring reflection of professionalism, values, and the high service quality of DHL Express. * Administer already implemented RPAs and Power Apps. Requirements **Requirements** **:** * Recently graduated in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of solution integration via methods such as REST, SOAP, XML messages, and sFTP (essential). * Experience in developing ecommerce stores using platforms like WooCommerce, Shopify, or Prestashop (desirable). * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (essential). * Knowledge of UX (User Experience) techniques (desirable). * Direct interaction and support experience with external customers (desirable). * Familiarity with tools for creating graphical materials—videos, manuals, tutorials (desirable).
