





Description * Must have at least 1 year of prior experience. * Be responsible and proactive. * Knowledge of traditional Peruvian cuisine and Japanese hot kitchen (not mandatory). * Receive, verify, and weigh raw materials entering the kitchen area. * Prepare mise en place. * Create daily Kardex records. * Generate requirements for supplies and raw materials through established communication channels. * Perform routine cleaning and disinfection of areas, as well as at the end of shifts. * Prepare dishes according to the brand's established recipes. * Preferably reside in areas adjacent to the Jesús María district.
