Drafting and reviewing contracts. Providing support in handling various administrative and civil procedures. Assisting in managing and registering registrable legal actions before SUNARP. Coordinating necessary activities to promptly meet the legal requirements of business units. Preparing presentations and coordinating training sessions promoted by the legal team for internal clients. What requirements are needed? Students in their 7th or 8th semester of Law or related fields. Intermediate or advanced level of English. Interest in Corporate Law, Contracts, and Civil Law. Belonging to the top 20% of your class (desirable). Immediate availability. Intermediate level of Excel proficiency.
