Job Description: **LEPSA** is a Peruvian company that designs, manufactures, and installs corrosion-resistant industrial equipment made from FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) and thermoplastics. We primarily serve companies in the mining and fishing sectors, providing solutions for demanding industrial processes. We are seeking a **Metalworking Operator**. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Technical studies in metalworking * 3 years of experience in metalworking or related fields * Teamwork skills * Effective communication. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Coordinate welding tasks with the welding supervisor. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Carry out tasks according to the received production schedule. * Use company resources—including equipment, materials, and work areas—efficiently and responsibly. * Report manufacturing issues and/or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor. * Maintain an optimal work pace, performed responsibly. ***WE OFFER:*** * Market-competitive salary * Formal payroll registration from day one * SCTR and Life Insurance coverage * Profit-sharing payments * Full statutory benefits under the General Labor Regime.
