**We Offer:** \- Onboarding from the first day \- Gross monthly salary of 1,130 \- SCTR and life insurance \- Pleasant work environment **Responsibilities:** \- Assist in executing the daily production plan according to the plant supervisor's instructions. \- Perform sealing, labeling, and marking of products, ensuring compliance with quality standards and proper traceability. \- Verify compliance with operational parameters (weight, production date, batch, etc.). \- Follow and reinforce safety, occupational health, and good manufacturing practices (GMP) policies. \- Provide operational support for basic equipment maintenance tasks as required. \- Carry out other assigned activities within the production line. \- Sort and arrange products into boxes for shipping, also assisting in packaging and palletizing activities. \- Complete established production record forms and promptly report any process deviations. **Requirements:** \- Availability to work in person in Chorrillos \- Minimum 1 year of experience in plant, production, or packaging line areas. \- Basic knowledge of GMP, industrial safety, and food handling. \- Teamwork skills, initiative, and attention to detail.
