Additionally, they must verify that mechanical technicians comply with processes, monitor personnel, documents, internal controls, and other related area records. Main responsibilities include: * Receiving emails and calls to manage customer needs. * Ensuring compliance with planned activities. * Preparing service reports, quotations, and customer service indicators. * Managing petty cash for required resources. * Scheduling tasks on a monthly basis.
