Job Summary: Textil San Ramon is seeking a Spinning Operator to operate textile machinery and ensure production quality, report defects, and follow the production plan. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate textile machinery such as carding, drawing, spinning, and winding machines. 2. Ensure product quality and report any defects. 3. Meet the established production schedule. We are actively seeking talent to join our team. **SPINNING OPERATOR** Requirements: * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Prior experience in this role is desirable but not mandatory. * Availability to work in San Luis. Responsibilities: * Operate the assigned machinery according to production needs, as listed below: **carding, drawing, spinning, and winding machines.** * Achieve the required quality standards; if any defect is detected, it must be reported to the Quality Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, or Spinning Department Head. * Adhere to the production schedule and/or plan provided by the Spinning Department Head, Supervisor, or Production Control Planner (PCP). * Operate any other machine within the department assigned by the Supervisor or Department Head, following prior training on that equipment.
