We are experiencing rapid growth and seeking proactive, organized, and motivated individuals to join our team as a **Warehouse Assistant**. **What will be your responsibilities?** * **Receiving and Dispatching:** Assist with unloading goods from suppliers and preparing customer orders. * **Packaging and Labeling:** Properly pack, secure, and label tools to ensure they arrive at their destination in optimal condition. * **Organization and Cleanliness:** Maintain warehouse order according to the company's classification system, ensuring a clean and safe workspace. * **Inventory Control:** Support periodic stock counts and comprehensive tool inventory audits. * **Quality Verification:** Visually inspect incoming goods against delivery notes to confirm accuracy and absence of damage. * **Internal Distribution:** Assist in moving products within the warehouse to dispatch zones. **What qualifications do we seek?** * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in similar roles in warehousing, logistics, or hardware stores (preferred but not mandatory). * **Computer Skills:** Basic/intermediate proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (for stock recording and control). * **Skills:** Organization, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team. * **Residence:** **Preferably residing in El Agustino**, or nearby areas (Santa Anita, San Juan de Lurigancho, Cercado de Lima, Ate). * **Physical Condition:** Willingness to perform moderate physical effort (lifting and moving tool boxes). **What do we offer?** * Competitive market-rate salary. * Excellent work environment and job stability. * Opportunities for learning and growth in logistics/commercial fields. **How to apply?** If you meet the profile and wish to join the **El Gran Shaddai** family, please send your updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) to: **contabilidad@elgranshaddai.com**, with the subject line **"WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT"** We look forward to hearing from you!
