Join EY and together let's build a better business world! **Requirements:** * Law graduate * Previous experience in Law Firms (desirable) * Specialization in Labor Law (desirable) * Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office * Intermediate English * Strong writing skills **Responsibilities:** * Participation in the analysis of labor consultancy aspects, collective relations, as well as occupational health and safety, and social security matters for our clients. * Preparation of presentations related to individual, collective, and occupational health and safety labor regulations. * Review of labor-related matters before administrative authorities (MTPE, SUNAT, ESSALUD). **Competencies:** * Adaptability to change * Teamwork * Interpersonal relationships at all levels * Effective communication * Proactivity and dynamism * Sense of urgency
