




On behalf of our client, an important heavy machinery company, we are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator. Requirements: University degree in Marketing, Business Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles, with responsibilities in CRM, sales analysis, and operational marketing. Desirable experience in companies within the heavy machinery, automotive, agro-industrial, or similar sectors. Knowledge and experience using CRM systems (ideally SAP, Salesforce, Soho, or others). Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets. Ability to analyze KPIs. Basic knowledge of Power BI, Google Looker Studio, or similar tools is a plus. Experience using platforms such as Canva, Mailchimp, and Google Workspace. Intermediate to upper-level English (B2). Responsibilities: Support the sales team in correctly using the CRM as a sales tool. Coordinate with IT and Sales to update data, ensuring lead, opportunity, and customer tracking. Train and support the sales team in adopting the sales funnel and understanding the importance of data recording and analysis. Analyze and process information from the CRM and other sources to generate useful reports for commercial decision-making. Identify opportunities, patterns, and target segments to drive marketing and sales campaigns aimed at generating demand. Measure results of commercial initiatives and propose improvements. Operational coordination of local marketing activities, or act as the liaison between Comreivic Peru and the marketing team in Ecuador. Coordinate activations, materials, campaigns, and promotions specific to the Peruvian market. Manage local requirements with support from designers, coordinators, and management based in Ecuador.
