Additionally, responsible for identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success within established timelines. **Job Responsibilities:** * Plan the project. * Manage budget and costs. * Lead multidisciplinary teams. * Supervise technical and quality aspects. * Manage risks. * Perform other duties assigned by management. **Qualifications and Experience:** * Graduated professionals in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Civil Engineering. Minimum verifiable experience of 12 years in similar roles. * Essential experience in Mining and/or Steel Industry. * Contract management and bidding processes. * Budget preparation and cost control. * Project planning and scheduling. * Leadership and effective communication. * Conflict resolution. * Desirable residence in Lima or Chimbote. * Teamwork skills, flexibility, adaptability, responsibility, and commitment. * Availability to work on-site: Chimbote (Ancash, Peru) on rotating shifts under atypical 14x7 regime.
