REQUIREMENTS: * Completed secondary education or incomplete technical degree. * Minimum of 03 months of verified experience as a call center operator. * Proficient in Office (user level). * Service-oriented attitude. * Verbal fluency, good diction. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday. * Willingness to work in Surco. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Handle incoming phone calls providing appropriate customer service. * Take customer orders (NO SALES). * Advise customers about our products. * Promote and boost our products. * Perform duties assigned by supervisor.
