This time, we are looking for an **After-Sales Executive** for one of our clients. **Responsibilities:** **Customer Support and Training** * Train clients on how to use the service monitoring platform and other products. * Visit clients at their facilities or virtually to provide support on product and tool usage. Additionally, gather scope requirements. * Coordinate between the Development and Product Manager teams to define the scope of new client projects. * **Sales** * Offer new products or services to the assigned customer portfolio. * Handle and channel new commercial requests (service increases) from the assigned customer portfolio. * Meet assigned sales targets. * Record completed sales, including required documentation. * Follow up on sales execution. * Sales Team Support * Assist sales executives in presenting products and solutions to clients, both in virtual and in-person commercial meetings. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales or similar roles. * Technical or university education (incomplete, completed, or currently pursuing final cycles) in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate-level office software skills: word processors, presentations, and spreadsheets. * Desirable: Google Workspace. * Desirable: Sales techniques and customer management tools. **We Offer:** * **Payroll inclusion from day one** under general regime. * Bonus scheme based on goal achievement: (Average of S/ 200 to S/500) * **In-person** work model. * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays until 12:00 p.m. (rotating Saturday schedule within the team).
