At **Sanicenter**, a leading company in the import and distribution of construction finishing products, we are looking for a **National Merchandise Purchasing Assistant** to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify and evaluate suppliers according to product requirements, conduct strategic negotiations to obtain optimal commercial terms while complying with the company's financial and ethical policies. * Coordinate with the Purchasing Analyst and Commercial Manager regarding monthly supplier commercial actions. * Register products in Spring and maintain the product master database. * Keep supplier records updated in the company system with all required attributes. * Prepare and process merchandise purchase orders. * Monitor commercial transactions and coordinate physical delivery to the company's warehouse or distribution center as required. * Track quotations related to corporate sales projects. * Report on defective products and manage discrepancies and returns. * Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. ​​​​​​​ Requirements: * Graduate with a technical degree in Industrial Administration or related field. * Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in purchasing management. * Preferably experience in **retail, mass consumption, or distribution companies**.
