Objective: Plan, manage, and execute the mass product implementation process. Responsibilities: * Participate in meetings with areas involved in the mass product implementation process. * Plan system configurations, ensuring compliance with established deadlines. * Identify risks and propose solutions to mitigate potential issues during the implementation process. * Execute and validate configuration tests, as well as provide post-launch product support. * Prepare reports and document the results of each implementation. * Completed studies in administration, industrial engineering, or related fields. * Advanced Excel skills: macro programming required. * SQL (desirable). * Candidates with training in process improvement, automation, or agile methodology will be favored. * 1 year of experience in insurance or project management (desirable). * Profiles oriented toward planning, with high levels of proactivity and analytical ability. * Intermediate English proficiency
