Continuously improve existing products and processes to minimize customer-facing risks and maximize revenue. Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns involving price, distribution, promotional dynamics, and mass media communication. Work closely with sales channels such as branch offices, telemarketing, web, bank, and dealers, ensuring optimal performance for each channel. Negotiate with strategic partners to obtain profitable products. Perform profitability analysis of new products and monitor ongoing products to subsequently implement improvements. Coordinate with insurance companies on product implementations and business-as-usual (BAU) operations. Monitor and control budgets, and collect funds negotiated with insurance companies. Work hand-in-hand with operations to configure robust products that deliver excellent quality service to customers. Provide training to new company hires. Support the Product Owner. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related fields.
