We are Consorcio Byas Chilloroya, currently seeking a dump truck operator. **Main Responsibilities:** · Perform pre-operation and routine equipment inspections to ensure proper functioning and safe usage. * Comply with safety protocols and established regulations in the work area. * Follow established safety procedures, identify and report mechanical issues, and ensure the work zone is clear. * Report completed tasks and equipment status to the supervisor. * Report any mechanical defects or irregularities in machinery operation. * Coordinate with the work team to ensure efficient operational flow. * Comply with applicable operational procedures and environmental regulations. * Record machinery usage and condition in logs or assigned reports. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed secondary school and technical training as a dump truck operator. * Experience: Minimum of 2 years operating dump trucks in sectors such as mining or construction. * Valid driver's license A3B or A3C. * Certification in dump truck operation. * Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance and industrial safety regulations. * Must reside in Arequipa, Cusco, or Espinar. **Competencies:** * Responsibility and commitment to safety. * Precision and skill in equipment operation. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. * Results-oriented and adherence to operational goals. **Working Conditions:** * Work schedule under 14x7 regime. * Accommodation, meals, and medical examination will be provided. * Fieldwork involving exposure to adverse weather conditions. * Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). **Benefits:** * Competitive market-based salary. * Insurance and statutory benefits according to current regulations.
