Job Description: At Creapack, we are looking for an HR Assistant who meets the following requirements: **OBJECTIVE:** To manage and develop the organization's human talent competencies in a timely and efficient manner through a qualified and motivated workforce, maintaining a favorable work environment. Education Specialty: Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields Degree: Technical or undergraduate studies in progress. **Training** Knowledge in payroll processing and subsidy recovery - Desirable. **Experience** Minimum of 2 years of work experience. Minimum of 6 months of experience in the role. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Support training plans and programs through induction, re-induction, and training procedures. Support workplace climate and motivation management plans and programs. Assist in managing social security documentation. Collaborate in all recruitment and selection activities, as well as personnel administration tasks (payroll processing and terminations). Manage medical leave approvals and subsidy recovery with the freelance social worker. Manage occupational safety and health (SST) documentation in employee personnel files. Support training programs and workplace climate management initiatives. Support performance evaluation programs. Manage and renew SCTR insurance, life insurance, and EPS. Manage and regularly distribute resources (technological equipment, supplies, PPE, uniforms, etc.) to employees. Carry out internal communications within the organization.
