**Date:** Nov 6, 2025 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will your challenge be?** Lead all Human Resources management processes and Labor Relations strategy for the plants in charge, providing timely support to our employees. **What will you do in your role?** * Supervise and manage payroll processes * Supervise daily attendance control (SCA) * Support plant employees and resolve their questions or inquiries * Review and manage area KPIs * Supervise the uniform request and delivery process * Lead employee recognition activities and team integration events * Supervise recruitment, selection, and termination processes * Supervise and train the intern in charge (only if applicable) * Supervise and lead the disciplinary committee at the assigned plant * Manage and lead recognition and integration activities * Advise and support internal clients (managers and supervisors) on Human Resources matters * Manage and lead the Labor Relations strategy (union-related issues) **What do we need from you?** **Knowledge:** * University degree in Administration, Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Additional studies: Labor legislation course (desirable) * Languages: Intermediate English (desirable) * Software skills: Microsoft Office (advanced), SAP (desirable) * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
