Candidates should be graduates or in the final cycles of Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Skills: 1\. Microsoft Office proficiency: Intermediate to advanced level required. 2\. Languages: Intermediate English is desirable. 3\. Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 4\. Responsibility: We require a responsible and reliable individual for this role. 5\. Billing: Prior experience in billing and collections is valued. 6\. Accounting: Basic accounting knowledge relevant to billing is valued. 7\. Logistics and Warehouse: Handling, sourcing, and contacting suppliers; purchasing and tracking materials and/or tools. 8\. Internal Dashboard Control: Expected to monitor and manage our internal dashboards. 9\. Operational Support: General support to the operations department is required.
