An experienced **sales advisor** is required, with strategic focus, dynamic attitude, willingness to travel, and ability to meet ambitious goals in a competitive environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Drive **sales and promotion** of the light machinery catalog in the **wholesale and hardware markets**. * **Prospect new customers and distributors**, and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts. * Conduct **frequent trips to provinces** for sales visits, negotiations, and development of strategic areas. * **Meet monthly targets** for revenue, profitability, and collections set by management. * Prepare **quotations, orders, and follow-up reports** through product delivery. * **Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions** within current commercial policies. * Coordinate with **warehouse, logistics, and imports** to ensure availability and timely deliveries. * **Analyze the market**, identifying competitor pricing, trends, and regional opportunities. * Generate **sales reports and forecasts** in Excel for evaluation and performance tracking. * Represent the company at **trade shows, exhibitions, and technical events** in the industry. * Perform other duties assigned by the **immediate supervisor**. **Technical and Commercial Requirements** * Minimum **2 years of experience in B2B or wholesale sales**. * Previous experience managing **sales exceeding USD 50,000**. * Proven knowledge of the **national hardware and industrial market**. * Intermediate **Excel proficiency** (sales analysis, margins, customer data). * Strong skills in **negotiation, closing deals, and customer retention**. * Technical knowledge of **engines, tools, or light machinery** (desirable). * **Full availability to travel** domestically. * Strong **results orientation** and goal achievement focus. **Candidate Profile** * **Technical or university graduate** in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields. * **Top third of class** academically (mandatory requirement). * **Suggested age:** 23 to 35 years. * Energetic, responsible professional with a clear **commercial mindset**. * High **resilience under pressure** and openness to continuous feedback. * **Excellent appearance, punctuality, and professional commitment.** * Ability to **work independently** and provide clear reports to management. **Economic Conditions** * **Base salary:** S/ 1,500 per month. * **Variable commissions** based on sales target achievement. **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. * **Full availability** for domestic travel.
