**Job Mission:** Propose and update policies and guidelines for managing operational risks and business continuity-related risks, with the aim of mitigating all types of risks that could affect the company’s operational continuity. Additionally, support the implementation of the Operational Risk and Business Continuity methodology. **Responsibilities:** * Draft, issue, and disseminate the company’s standards and procedures, as well as manage and coordinate their updating and maintenance. Operational Risk * Participate in self-assessment workshops for operational risk related to processes/products/suppliers, with the objective of keeping risk matrices up to date and implementing necessary corrective measures to mitigate risks. * Manage and coordinate with various operational units regarding risk indicators, including analyzing and monitoring them to ensure corresponding improvement plans are established. Also propose new risk indicators where appropriate. * Identify, investigate, and manage loss event reports issued by business and support units to determine whether they qualify as loss events. Furthermore, propose mitigation measures to prevent recurrence of such losses. * Identify and propose risk-related considerations for the development of new products and services, as well as update and participate in evaluations of critical suppliers. * Prepare reports and presentations for the Risk Committee, General Management, and/or Board of Directors. * Monitor compliance with action plan deadlines established with various departments. Business Continuity * Assist and accompany various departments in updating the Business Impact Analysis (BIA). * Conduct and maintain updated assessments of business continuity risks in accordance with significant changes within the company. * Identify and propose strategies or mechanisms necessary to mitigate impacts on business continuity. * Develop, monitor, and execute continuity strategy tests to ensure the company is prepared in case of disruption to its critical processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Two years of experience in similar positions; preferably with experience in card operations and process management within regulated entities. * Knowledge of Operational Risk and Business Continuity. * Familiarity with SBS regulations.
