





Company dedicated to consulting, design, engineering, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive security systems throughout Peru, with over 10 years of experience in design, planning, and execution of security projects, is currently seeking a **PURCHASING ASSISTANT** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** 1. Receive and consolidate purchase requests from the warehouse department. 2. Coordinate with various departments the timely procurement of materials. 3. Request quotations from suppliers and prepare comparative tables. 4. Develop and keep updated the supplier homologation by category. 5. Issue purchase and service orders and follow up on them. 6. Conduct search and coordination of suppliers for equipment calibration services. 7. Participate in physical inventory counts. 8. Prepare monthly minimum and maximum stock level reports. 9. Keep product descriptions updated and enter new items. 10. Coordinate receipt and delivery of purchasing documents with the Accounting department. 11. Prepare reports and indicators to monitor purchasing processes on a monthly basis: o Market price comparative tables o Supplier analysis and evaluation report o Proposal for minimum and maximum levels o Monthly supplier incident report 16. Perform other related or complementary tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor that contribute to achieving company objectives within the scope of functional responsibilities. **REQUIREMENTS:** Minimum two (02) years of experience in similar positions · Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field · Advanced MS Office skills · Ability to design and manage indicators · Knowledge of logistics software WMS/MRP/ERP (desirable) Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Work location: On-site position
