We have highly qualified staff, a modern and environmentally friendly vehicle fleet. **What Are We Looking For?** * Graduate in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in recruitment and personnel selection. * Immediate availability **Responsibilities:** * Receive and maintain the hiring requirements table updated according to priority. * Keep the requesting department informed of the progress of each requirement. * Conduct telephone interviews with web-based applicants and store them in the database. * Conduct mass interviews and select candidates whose profiles best match current requirements. * Conduct employment reference checks. * Reside in areas near Huachipa, San Juan de Lurigancho, or Ate.
