**Date:** Nov 6, 2025 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will your challenge be?** Manage and ensure the operational continuity and compliance with KPIs of BAU Maquilas, guaranteeing continuous, competitive supply aligned with the company's established standards for quality, cost, and service. **What will you do in your role?** Monitor maquila management KPIs Propose and oversee cost savings within categories Ensure compliance with the bidding plan Update Procurement indicators for IOM meetings Keep the project schedule updated, including development of new maquilas Continuously seek efficiencies, better commercial terms, and new working methods Explore new supply sources and suppliers Attend cross-functional team meetings for assigned categories. **What do we need from you?** 2 years of experience managing suppliers Knowledge and experience in Procurement/Supplier Development Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, International Business, or related fields Advanced English proficiency Proficiency in software: SAP, advanced level Office (desirable) Intermediate-level knowledge of Power BI (desirable)
