**Job Opening – Tower Technician (Self-Supporting Tower)** At **C\&R Integral Service S.A.C.**, a leading provider of telecommunications infrastructure services, we are seeking a **Telecommunications Technician Specializing in Towers (Tower Technician)** for the project involving the **installation of a 30-meter self-supporting tower**. **Main Responsibilities:** ●Inspect, install, and maintain self-supporting towers and metallic telecom structures. ●Assemble, align, and maintain antennas, microwave links, LTE/5G equipment, and cabling (coaxial and fiber optic). ●Perform safe高空 operations in compliance with Law No. 29783 on Occupational Safety and Health. ●Verify and measure power, VSWR, and RF equipment parameters. ●Prepare technical reports and photographic documentation of completed tasks. ●Comply with company-established safety, environmental, and quality protocols. **Requirements:** ●Graduated or certified technician in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Industrial Electricity. ●Minimum of 3 years of experience as a tower technician, with proven participation in inspection, maintenance, and installation of self-supporting towers. ●Valid certification in safe working at heights (minimum 24 hours, mandatory). ●Technical knowledge in radiofrequency systems, microwave, fiber optics, power systems, and grounding. ●Proficiency with measurement tools such as multimeter, spectrum analyzer, and power meter. ●Availability to perform fieldwork according to project schedule.
