Job Summary: Responsible for recording and managing inventory and the scaffolding supply cycle using Odoo, as well as controlling dispatches and returns. Key Highlights: 1. On-the-job training 2. Positive work environment **Main Responsibilities:** * Record and reconcile scaffolding receipts, issues, and transfers using Odoo's Inventory module. * Manage the entire supply cycle (quotations, suppliers, and purchase orders) via Odoo. * Control equipment dispatches and returns using the ERP's Rental module. * Maintain up-to-date product cards, bills of materials, and stock rules (minimums and maximums) in the system. * Extract and analyze logistics reports directly from Odoo to optimize inventory and procurement. **Requirements:** * Young, responsible, and proactive individual. * With or without prior experience. * Basic Excel skills (not mandatory). * Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment. **We Offer:** * Positive work environment. * On-the-job training (we will train you). * Opportunity to learn and grow.
