Desired: completed or incomplete technical and/or university studies. **EXPERIENCE** Minimum of 6 months of experience in similar roles (administrative), preferably in warehouses dedicated to storage and distribution of medical devices or healthcare products. **ROLE \- PURPOSE** Analysis, execution, and monitoring of administrative warehouse processes such as receiving, storage, order preparation, inventory, and dispatch. **MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** This description reflects the essential responsibilities, functions, and competencies of this position. Additional responsibilities and/or duties may be assigned as appropriate: * Ensure that receiving and goods intake processes within the WMS are carried out according to commercial agreements with clients. * Perform documentation and filing of incoming receipts in accordance with procedures. * Release products from quarantine in accordance with specified procedures and client policies. * Perform location regularization movements in the WMS according to inventories conducted. * Perform WMS activities related to order validation (if there is a client interface) or manual order processing. * Coordinate reverse logistics activities for clients according to established procedures and client policies. * Enter returns into the WMS system. * Ensure and/or perform receipt of outbound shipment documents according to the type of order or client sales channel, ensuring compliance with established procedures, and inform the client of discrepancies between physical goods and outbound documentation as applicable. * Ensure and/or coordinate transportation for client shipment dispatch. * Ensure and/or monitor dispatches and deliveries of client orders to guarantee timely delivery, keeping involved departments and the client informed. * Ensure and/or complete document settlement within established timeframes according to client commercial policies. * Ensure and/or manage and update the WMS for controlling outbound merchandise movements. * Ensure and verify compliance with Good Storage Practices in the warehouse; likewise, ensure and control access of visitors, personnel, and suppliers to the warehouse, ensuring compliance with GSP and industrial safety. * Guarantee coverage of assigned staff functions in case of absence. * Ensure daily transmission of return interfaces to each of our clients, meeting agreed schedules, as well as other return interfaces. * Monitor the correct execution of operational activities performed by warehouse assistants. * Other duties not specified, when expressly assigned by the employer or direct supervisor. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Work will be performed in the districts of Punta Hermosa and/or Lurin.
