Join EY and together let's build a better business world! **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Law. * Minimum of 3 years of related experience. * Experience providing migration advisory services for obtaining visas for foreign personnel and their families. * Knowledge of labor law (staff hiring), immigration law, and foreign hiring regulations. * Intermediate level of Office software. * Advanced level of English. **Responsibilities:** * Reviewing the appropriate visa type based on the activity to be performed in Peruvian territory. * Assisting in the preparation and review of job offer letters/contracts for hiring foreign personnel and proposing suitable employment contracts. * Managing the digital agency platform for submitting migration applications. * Reviewing and tracking status reports of ongoing migration processes.
