Join EY and together let's build a better business world! **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Law * Minimum of 1 year of experience performing similar duties * Knowledge of Labor Law (staff hiring) * Knowledge of migration processes (desirable) * Advanced English **Responsibilities:** * Responding to inquiries on migration law * Accessing the digital migration agency to monitor migration procedures * Providing support in registering employment contracts for foreign personnel * Preparing reports and/or status updates on migration processes * Other functions related to consulting on the hiring of foreign staff **Competencies:** * Adaptability to change * Teamwork * Interpersonal relationships at all levels * Effective communication * Proactivity and dynamism * Sense of urgency * Order and organization
