**Important Occupational Health Clinic located in San Borja is looking for a Warehouse Assistant** **Requirements:** \* Technical studies in the fields of: Health, Secretarial, Computing and Informatics. \* Training in medical document transcription. \* Experience as a health information transcriber or similar functions. \* Proficiency with electronic medical records systems (e.g., Mediweb). \* Typing speed and ability to transcribe records accurately. \* Knowledge of medical terminology and editing practices. \* Strong written and verbal communication skills, and familiarity with medical record formats. \* Compliance with all legal and patient confidentiality requirements. \* Ability to multitask while following guidelines. **Functions:** \* Carry out the admission process for services, registering arrivals according to reported attendances in CCAA. \* Upload medical files into the system and track pending medical file uploads. \* Make changes or modifications to medical reports upon request from auditing physicians. \* Transcribe results of medical exams, procedures, and consultation notes into the platform. \* Edit and correct completed medical dictations. **WE OFFER:** \- Remuneration: Competitive market rate. \- Payroll inclusion under Mype category, with all statutory benefits from the first day of work. \- Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break). \- Work location: San Borja.
